I've been very busy with The Invisible Hypothyroidism the past couple of weeks.

As well as signing myself up for some courses and qualifications that I felt would compliment my work as a thyroid advocate (diet and nutrition, life coaching, reflexology etc.), I've also partnered up with a Mind event to raise awareness on mental health and thyroid conditions.

Behind the scenes, we're also working on updates to the website, forever improving the look, function and ease of use.

Finding that I once again had candida and gut issues, I resumed the candida diet over two weeks ago now and within two days was already feeling loads better. This time, I just need to make sure I get it under control completely before coming off the programme again.

Yeast getting out of control in my gut has led to an increase in migraines, irregular periods, acne and fatigue.

Before I go, I just wanted to remind you that voting for the WEGO Health Awards closes on Friday 17th August, so you only just still have time to vote for me. It just takes a few seconds to click 'endorse' below my photo on this link: https://awards.wegohealth.com/nominees/14695

As always, thyroid Love x

As always, you can find my articles, blogs and work on TheInvisibleHypothyroidism.com but keeping in touch via my Facebook page, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest and Google+ ensures you'll never miss any exciting news or crucial information on managing your hypothyroidism.

That’s all for this issue but look out for the next one in two weeks’ time. If there’s anything you think I should specifically mention, please let me know.
