How is everyone doing now summer is coming to a close? I'm not gonna lie - I'm already worried about colds and illnesses and feeling chilly! Us hypothyroid people definitely seem to catch things easier than others, don't we?!

In terms of a little update on where I am with taming my candida, it's going well. Symptoms are hugely improved and I have more energy. Yippee! I am missing dairy though. That has been a huge lifestyle change to adapt to. Hopefully it'll only be temporary.

I completed my Level 3 Diet and Nutrition course with a higher distinction, which was great. It's not only helping me to make smarter food choices for my health but I know it's going to let me help many of you with it too. I'm much more aware now that everything we put in our bodies either helps or hinders our health.
