WelcomeWelcome

Well, we're in to 2019 and may I take a moment to wish you all good health and lots of happy memories made this year. I hope the end of 2018 was a warm and joyful one for us all.

I definitely fell out of my routine in a few ways, so now I'm trying to get back in to eating more healthily, sticking to a sleep routine and moving more, so as not to go backwards in my health. Have you made any New Year Resolutions?

Check out my top resolutions every thyroid patient should make.

And if you're needing to get back in to the routine of things this January, check out my tips for doing so as well.

January is of course also Thyroid Awareness Month, so keep an eye out for lots of posts and awareness activities from all your favourite thyroid advocacies and charities.
