Now that we're well in to April, I'm starting to enjoy the slightly warmer weather, longer days and sunny mornings. Though, as I write this issue it is actually quite cold, wet and windy! So I guess it's still drifting in and out right now.

Do you notice a difference in your mood too, depending on the weather? I definitely do.

Hopefully spring-summer will be here soon and those of us who feel extra tired and achey in the winter will rejoice in the warm sunshine!
