Hello Thyroid Family,

What an eventful couple of weeks it has been!

If you follow me on social media or check my blog for updates, you will have seen that I have managed to obtain a private prescription for my NDT (Natural Desiccated Thyroid) Medication, which means I no longer have to self-source. Which I have been doing for a good few years now. As I wait for my meds to arrive and begin the transition, I feel anxious but also excited! It's the beginning of a new chapter. I have covered in detail what was involved, including costs, in my latest General Update Blog. I'll be sure to keep you all updated on how the switch goes.

My exercise routine has slipped this last month, mostly due to being so busy. So I'm trying to fit it back in. The release date for You, Me and Hypothyroidism is coming up quickly and I'm working hard away on it, but it's looking like it may be a little delayed. I know quite a few of you are keen to get a copy of this book, so please know that the delay is only due to making sure I'm 100% happy with the quality! Stay tuned for more updates on that.

I am also busily working away on the launch of Thoughtful Thyroid's first online course for thyroid patients: Freedom From Thyroid Fatigue with Nadha Hassen, co-founder. We hope to be doing a discounted 'soft launch' soon, which means it will be a non-perfected version where we will be looking to gain feedback from you before we launch it 'officially' in a couple of months' time.

And finally, I was astounded to be nominated for a whopping 8 WEGO Health Awards this year! Thank you to all who thought of me - it blew me away. Now is the time to get voting. Please consider voting for me so we can get the spotlight shone on thyroid conditions. Instructions on how to do that are included below.
