Introduction

Hello Thyroid Family,

I have been on the Armour Thyroid medication for 5 or 6 weeks now and feeling good. Make sure to check out my Instagram for more regular updates. I'm aiming to get a detailed blog update out in perhaps a few months or so but want to give this medication plenty of time so that I have lots to cover.

The online course for thyroid patients that Nadha Hassen and I have been developing since last year, has now opened for preorders, so I have given some more detail on that below. We're really excited about this new format of thyroid information and activities that we know will help many more of you!

I've been having more thyroid blood tests recently and my levels are good. This is a reminder to check when YOU last has yours done and perhaps get booked in for an update. Levels can fluctuate with the changing temperatures outside.
