Hello Thyroid Family,

Everything is full steam ahead here at the moment!

I'm getting close to releasing my book You, Me and Hypothyroidism very soon, as well as launch Thoughtful Thyroid's first course: Freedom From Thyroid Fatigue. It is already open for preorders (at 30% off) and will launch Mid-September.

The book will be out at the end of September, and we have the front cover finalised which I'm very happy with. I can't wait to share my latest projects with you all and be able to help more of you in more ways.

As you'll read below, September is Thyroid Cancer Awareness Month and as many of us with hypothyroidism and Hashimoto's are at an increased risk of cancer, as well as many people with hypothyroidism being hypothyroid due to having had thyroid cancer, it's a very important month to share signs, symptoms and information.
