Hello Thyroid Family,

The next week is a very busy one, with the launch of Thoughtful Thyroid's first online course: Freedom From Thyroid Fatigue on Monday 16th September, and the release of my new book You, Me and Hypothyroidism: When Someone You Love Has Hypothyroidism, on Friday 20th September!

The 30% discount on 'Freedom From Thyroid Fatigue' ends Sunday.

We're well in to September now, which is Thyroid Cancer Awareness Month, so you'll find some more new articles on this below. This week also saw World Suicide Prevention Day, so you'll also find an article I wrote about the link between thyroid conditions and suicide below, too. I personally reached a point of being suicidal due to my thyroid condition in 2015, so it's a topic close to my heart.

It was also my birthday last week (thank you for all the lovely messages on social media), which was a wonderful time to reflect on everything I've been up to this year and how far my health has come in the last year alone.

A couple of new features are included below, such as my feature on Thyroid Refresh and the Uninvisible Podcast. Be sure to check those out!

Hope you're all well.
