Hello Thyroid Family!

What a busy week it has been over here! As we come towards the end of September (already?!) we have seen the first Thoughtful Thyroid course launch a few days ago and now... my new book! You, Me and Hypothyroidism: When Someone You Love Has Hypothyroidism is finally out and released in to the world!

I want to take a second to wholeheartedly thank all of you that support me and my work and let me support you in your thyroid journey too. Advocating for thyroid patients truly is my passion and although this book was stressful and draining on my hypothyroid body at times, I hope you find it useful.

You can get the book now on Amazon (physical copies as well as eBook), with signed copies available in my Facebook shop. I have also listed bundles in my Facebook shop so you can buy both my 1st and 2nd book all in one go if you'd like to.

I don't know about you, but I can't wait to have a bit of a less stressful time for a while now! I'm going to be focusing on some general improvements to my website as well updates across other platforms, after launching so many big projects lately.

Thyroid love x
