We're finally in to full-fledged Spring-Summer weather here in England and my hypothyroidism is happy about that. No longer feeling cold, having to wear extra layers and trying to get going on dull, dark mornings, I've noticed a change in myself physically and mentally. Have you noticed any change in yourself?
I can't wait to jump in to summer, especially as I'm travelling a bit more than usual this year due to my wedding and honeymoon, so I'll be sure to fill you in on how I manage my hypothyroidism with the travelling, long-haul flights, being gluten free and everything else. Make sure to follow me on Instagram as I share real-time updates and snaps!
