I write this issue as a Mrs - that's right, I got married last week!

Adam, who you may have read about in some of my blogs before, is finally my husband. Having been together since we were sixteen years old, he's seen me at my best and worst health; through the ups and downs of having hypothyroidism and Hashimoto's. I feel very lucky indeed to have someone who supports me and shows me as much kindness as he does, in my life. And now as my husband!

As you know, this newsletter usually comes out once every two weeks but as I'll still be on my honeymoon in two weeks' time, you'll receive the next one in four weeks. I'll be sure to fill you in on how I manage my hypothyroidism with the travelling, long-haul flights, being gluten free and everything else.
