Is everyone enjoying this gorgeous weather?!

At least here in the UK we've been experiencing a heatwave for the last couple of weeks and it's glorious. I hear from a lot of thyroid patients who say they feel better when it's warm and sunny, and I can't say I disagree. Although the early 4:30am sunrises are waking me up earlier than I'd like!

You may remember from the last issue that I mentioned I had made the decision to clean up my diet and get back in to eating much more cleanly. I'm also slowly increasing my physical exercise too, in a bid to feel fitter, and have successfully managed to get in more walks and badminton sessions.

It's empowering to feel yourself have more energy and know you're making a difference to your body and health.
